Deputies called about silver SUV with no plates; occupants later reported on scene

West of the Zebra, Washington County

Sheriff's dispatch radio traffic shows a unit was sent westbound after a vehicle described as a silver SUV was reported out of traffic with no plates; the traffic included a garbled reference to a passerby. A later transmission on the same channel addressed 414 and 459 and said, "The occupants are here," but it gave no confirmed location. A further transmission on that channel addressed one of the same units but was too degraded to add anything, and no disposition was given.
